What Do You Need To Know?
We are a Medicare registered provider and will require a GP Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP. Bulk billing is available. We are also registered with various private health insurance companies, so you will be able to claim our dietetic services based on your cover. All fees must be paid at the time of your visit by EFPTOS or credit card.
